👤 Responsibility of Campaign Creators
By creating a campaign on Fiji Fund, campaign owners confirm that:
Their campaign is lawful and truthful
Funds will be used for the stated purpose
Any required permissions, licenses, or approvals have been obtained
They comply with any reporting or tax obligations under Fiji law
Campaign owners are solely responsible for how funds are collected, managed, and used.
💳 Payments & Financial Transactions
All donations made through Fiji Fund are processed securely via ANZ e-Gate. Payment processing and fund transfers are subject to applicable banking regulations, anti-money laundering (AML), and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. Campaign owners may be required to verify their identity and bank details before withdrawals.
🛡️ Platform Oversight
Fiji Fund reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove campaigns that appear to violate platform policies or applicable laws. We may also cooperate with authorities if required by law.
