Automatically deducted from each donation, so you never have to worry about paying a bill. International transaction and conversion fees may apply based on your payment method.
What’s a transaction fee?
A transaction fee is a small charge applied to each donation to cover the cost of securely processing payments on the Fiji Fund platform. This fee is charged by our payment partner, ANZ e-Gate, and helps ensure that every donation is processed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with banking regulations.
Transaction fees support essential services such as payment authorization, fraud prevention, and secure fund transfers. These fees are standard across online payment platforms and are automatically deducted during the payment process, requiring no additional action from donors or campaign owners.
Donor contributions to Fiji Fund are always optional
Donors may be given the option to add a voluntary contribution to support Fiji Fund at the time of making a donation. This contribution helps us maintain and improve the platform, provide customer support, and continue offering secure fundraising services across Fiji.
Adding a contribution is completely optional and can be adjusted or removed before completing a donation. Donors are always in control of how much they give, ensuring full transparency and choice with every contribution.
Is there a fee for donors who make recurring donations?
Recurring donors are not charged any additional Fiji Fund platform fees for making ongoing donations. However, standard payment processing fees set by our payment provider may still apply to each recurring transaction, just as they do for one-time donations.
Recurring donations help provide consistent support to campaigns, and donors can manage, pause, or cancel their recurring contributions at any time through their account.
What are Fiji Fund Giving Fund costs and fees?
Fiji Fund does not charge donors or beneficiaries any additional fees specifically for participating in the Fiji Fund Giving Fund beyond standard platform and payment processing costs. Donations made through the Giving Fund are handled securely, and funds are directed to approved causes in line with their stated purpose.
As with all donations on Fiji Fund, standard payment processing fees charged by our payment partner may apply. Fiji Fund aims to keep costs transparent and minimal so that the maximum possible amount of each donation goes toward supporting communities and causes across Fiji.
